As a 100% owned subsidiary of our domestic company – Chambroad petrochemical, Sunshine Oil has consistently built an active and reputable trading business based on the demand and the supply from and to the refinery. We have mainly below businesses: Crude oil trading: as the mainprocurement entity of crude oil to Chambroad refinery, Sunshine Oil has the responsibility of ensuring the stable supply of crude oil to meet the requirement of the refinery. We also purchase and trade crude oil based on the needs of customers including other refineries in the region, trading houses, upstream producers. Oil product trading: we have opportunistically traded oil products which includes fuel oil, naphtha, MTBE, LPG and other petrochemicals. This is in line with our strategic direction of expanding our business based on both the international market opportunities and the Chinese market dynamics. We keep permanent competitiveness by researching clients’ demand and innovation on operation model. After several years’ efforts, we have established strategic cooperation with worldwide-known enterprises on crude trading, equipment technique, logistic, and financial service.
